All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any major delays directly via email.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Momma And Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

🛠️ Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an address issue is noticed immediately after placing your order, please email hello@mommaandco.com within 2 hours to request changes.
