At Momma And Co, we value your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to accept exchanges under the following conditions.
🔄 Exchanges Only
We accept exchanges within 14 business days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unwashed, and unused

Tags must still be attached

You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
To begin the exchange process, email us at hello@mommaandco.com with your order number and reason for exchange. If eligible, we’ll send further instructions.
🚫 No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including buyer’s remorse or size issues.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guide or email us before purchasing.
📦 Return Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mommaandco.com within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
