It’s perfect for a dinner side or a snack, especially on a hot dummer day. The ingredients are so fresh and satisfying.

Guacamole is so easy to make, you really just mash up some ripe avocados, chop the veggies you want, add spices and enjoy. I love to enjoy this guacamole recipe with tortillas chips that have been cooked in avocado oil. For this recipe you will need:
Ripe organic avocados
Juice from half an organic lime
Organic red onion
Organic garlic cloves
Organic cilantro
Salt and pepper
Bell peppers, veggies or tortilla chips for dipping

Ingredients
- 2 large, ripe organic avocados
- Juice from half an organic lime
- 1/4 organic red onion, chopped
- 1 small-medium garlic clove, chopped
- 1/8 cup chopped organic cilantro
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add avocados to a bowl and mash with the back of a fork, add all other ingredients and mix.
- Enjoy with chopped veggies or tortilla chips.
